2. What we collect, and why

We only collect personal data you submit through the contact form (name, email, company, country, telephone where provided, and message content) and use it solely to respond to your enquiry, send requested technical documentation or samples, and follow up on commercial discussions you have initiated. We do not run analytics scripts, ad pixels, or third-party tracking. We do not set marketing or analytics cookies.

3. Lawful basis (GDPR Article 6)

For EU/EEA and UK visitors, our processing relies on Article 6(1)(b) (steps prior to contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).

4. Who has access

Internally: the GIIAVA Group sales, technical, and customer-service teams across our entities in India, Singapore, and the Netherlands. Externally: FormSubmit.co (form delivery service) and Microsoft Azure (cloud infrastructure). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

5. International transfers

Data submitted by EU/EEA or UK residents may be accessed from our offices outside the EU/EEA. Transfers outside the EU/EEA are protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.

6. How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is retained for the duration of any commercial relationship plus up to three years for legitimate business and tax-record purposes. If the enquiry does not progress, data is deleted within 24 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object — contact privacy@villeholding.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, audit logging.

9. Children

This site is a B2B technical resource and is not directed at children under 18.
