What we do

The GIIAVA Group converts plant-derived oilseed inputs — sunflower, soy, non-GMO IP soy, rapeseed, ricebran — into high-purity lecithin and phospholipid products for three industries:

• Food & Nutra (via food.giiava.com) — de-oiled and instantized lecithin for chocolate, bakery, dairy, infant nutrition, and EFSA-compliant choline supplements.
• Feed (via feed.giiava.com) — phospholipids and lyso-lecithins, rumen-bypass fat and bypass-PC, and productivity additives for aqua, poultry, and dairy nutrition.
• Technicals / GIIOTECH (/technicals.html) — organic pesticide binders, drilling-fluid surfactants, oil-spill response chemistry.

Where we operate

India — head office and plant. Pune head office, Wai plant. Serves the Indian subcontinent, Middle East, and Europe.

Singapore — SEA hub. 10 Ayer Merbau Road. Serves Southeast Asia aquaculture and integrators, and the Americas via dedicated logistics partners.

Netherlands — EU hub. Amsterdam office at Herengracht 125. EU sales, customer service, and logistics. No GIIAVA-owned production in the EU; processing through European partners.

Quality and compliance

GIIAVA manufacturing operates under FSSC 22000, Halal, and Kosher certification. Food-grade and feed-grade lines run physically separated, with separate documentation and quality systems. GMP+ certification is in progress for the EU operation. Customer audits welcome at the Indian and Singapore production sites.

GIIAVA Group is owned by Ville Holding Pte Ltd (10 Anson Road #12-15, Singapore 079903). The Indian operating entity is GIIAVA India Pvt Ltd (CIN U15339PN2003PTC018199).
